"Refund took way too long"
Returning the item ended up being way more of a hassle than I expected. Like I said, the return itself was annoying, but the worst part was waiting so long for the refund to finally come through. Like I said, it just took way too long and made the whole experience frustrating

"Absolutely did nothing for my snoring"
I bought this fully convinced it was going to at least make a tiny difference with my snoring, but nope, not even close. I’m 100% sure my partner noticed zero improvement because they told me I still sound exactly the same most nights.
I gave it a couple weeks and kept messing with the adjustments like there was some magic setting I hadn’t found yet, but there definitely wasn’t. Maybe it helps other people, but for me it was basically a guaranteed waste of money

"Too bulky to be worth it for me"
I gave the Snorinator a fair shot for a couple of weeks, but the mouthpiece just wasn’t comfortable enough for me. It felt bulky in my mouth and started rubbing my gums, so I kept waking up and taking it out. I can see how it might work for some people, but in my opinion, it’s not worth it if you can’t actually sleep comfortably with it in. I’m a little disappointed because I really wanted it to help

"Trickier to mold than I expected"
I really wanted the Snorinator to work for me, and at first I thought the molding process would be simple—actually, no, it ended up being more frustrating than I expected. I followed the directions, but it still felt uneven and a little bulky once it was in my mouth. I tried adjusting it a few times and thought maybe I had it, then nope, it still wasn’t comfortable. It might be fine for other people, but for me getting the fit right was kind of a hassle

"I had a frustrating time with..."
I had a frustrating time with customer service. I messaged them about a missing part in my order and waited almost a week, checking my email every morning with my coffee, but I never got a clear answer. It felt like my message was just sitting there being ignored. The product itself might have been fine, but the lack of communication ruined it for me. I probably wouldn’t order again unless they get better at replying.

"Wasn’t What I Ordered"
My order come in wrong and it was annoying. The item wasn’t matching what I picked on the site, so now I have to deal with getting it fixed. Not really a great first order for me.

"Just couldn’t get used to it"
I really tried to stick it out, but that adjustment period was just too much for me. I feel like with these kinds of products, they either work right away or they mess up your sleep completely, and this one definitely fell into the second category for me. I couldn’t get comfortable and kept waking up, so sadly it just wasn’t for me.

"Pretty easy to use"
The site is simple to use and I find what I needed fast. Checkout didn’t really give me any trouble, which was nice. I just wish some of the info was a little clearer before I was buying.

"Way too expensive for what you get"
I was expecting a lot more for the price. It’s not terrible, but for what it is, give me a break. I just didn’t feel like it was worth the money

"Made my teeth and gums hurt"
I used it for a couple nights and my gums started hurting bad. My front teeth was feeling sore too, which was not fun. I ended up stopping because the discomfort just wasn’t worth it for me...

"First impression wasn’t great"
Right out of the package, it looked dusty, and that kind of set the tone for me. I couldn’t shake the feeling that it wasn’t super clean or hygienic, so the whole experience felt a bit questionable

"Shipping Took Forever"
I ordered this thinking it would show up in a normal amount of time, but apparently my package decided to take the scenic route. It dragged on way longer than expected, i was not thrilled just sitting around waiting. Super fun experience... if you enjoy wondering where your order is

"Left my jaw sore every morning"
I tried using this for a few nights, but wow, my jaw was aching every morning. I kept thinking maybe I just needed to get used to it, but after waking up sore again, it was like, give me a break. Maybe it works great for some people, but I had to stop using it. Just wasn’t worth it for me.

I tried the Snorinator for a few nights, every morning I woke up with my mouth feeling insanely dry. Like I’d slept with my mouth wide open all night or, anyway, it just wasn’t comfortable for me. I ended up stopping because I couldn’t deal with that dry-mouth feeling. Disappointing, not gonna lie.

"Couldn’t breathe comfortably with it"
I tried using it through the night, but I felt really stuffy and couldn’t breathe right, so I ended up taking it off. Disappointing, and I’d expect some kind of refund or replacement since it just didn’t work for me

"Not great for trips"
I bought this thinking it would be handy to bring along when travelling, but the thing is kind of a bulky little pain. It takes up more room in my bag than I expected and just feels awkward to pack, like it’s trying to be the boss of my luggage.

Using it in hotels or when I’m moving around a lot was also a hassle. Maybe it’s fine sitting at home, but as a travel buddy, this clunky nuisance just didn’t work for me.

"Didn’t really improve my sleep"
I got this hoping it would help me sleep better, but I didn’t notice much of a difference. I’m still waking up tired, and my partner said my snoring is pretty much the same. It also wasn’t very comfortable, so I ended up stopping after using it for a little while. I did reach out expecting a quicker response, but that didn’t really happen either. Maybe it works for some people, but it just wasn’t for me.

At first, it did help a bit, and I could see it being fine if you only need something short-term or don’t use it that often. But after a few weeks, mine started to feel worn out and didn’t fit the same anymore. It also felt a little flimsy over time, which was disappointing for the price. It’s not a terrible product, but if you’re looking for something durable, I’d probably look elsewhere.

I tried messing with the customization and all that, but it barely made a difference. It still felt kinda awkward on me, like no matter what I did it wasn’t sitting right.
